AB- Solution – 15 minutes of AB
work from standing moves to Pilates and Yoga core work, sports
ABS, and traditional crunches. EVERYONE IN THE GYM IS INVITED TO THESE
SESSIONS.
Ball-tastic! – The instructor
will use both the weighted mini-balls and the stability balls for cardio,
sculpting and
stretching. This class is a Full body Workout with the accent on
your core! NO STEP!
Below the Belt - Work your entire lower body below
the waistline! This class includes all moves for working your obliques,
abs, hips, thighs, calves, and booty.
Big 10 – This is an instructor cued circuit
of 10 exercises for optimum fitness. – This class will also
include some cardio before or during the circuit. The ten exercises
will include those to work your: chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders,
abs, butt, back, hamstrings, quadriceps, and Inner thighs.
BOSU BLAST – Use the BOSU for cardio and sculpting – great
workout for your legs and core – the cardio portion of this class
is superb! NO STEP!
Cardio 8 - Cardio and 8 cycles of four
exercises – Cardio – Upper
Body – Lower – ABS – A BUTT-KICKING Workout!
Cardio Kick TURBO – An always different high
energy routine incorporating fast paced knees, kicks, elbows and
punches, simple-to-complex moves and slow-to-fast sequences. Emphasis
is placed on safe, effective kickboxing techniques, with the optional
use of light hand weights, and may include 15-20 minutes of body
sculpting that may incorporate some Pilates. Offered with modifications – for
most fitness levels. NO STEP!
Chiseled - A light cardio kick workout with punches
and kicks begins this class and readies your body for a workout that
will sculpt every muscle in your body to the point of fatigue!
Gunz and Buns – Start with a cardio warm up and
then move into this class that concentrates on sculpting the muscular
structure of the upper body and the “BOOTY”. Be prepared
for push ups and squats – standing and floor work – let
the instructor guide you through this efficient workout.
Fit Kids/Fit Families – Children
and parents having fun and getting fit together. Light cardio and resistance
and
weight training, fitness games GAMES in an atmosphere that promotes
healthy choices. The instructor may collect a fee for certain complimentary
components
of this class. Children must always be supervised by a parent! Offered
again in the summer!
Cardio Flex - Cardio Kick box moves with intense isolations
the building strength and also a stretching segment to lengthen the muscles.
Hatha Yoga - for all levels – Strengthen
your body, improve your flexibility, and clear your mind of all
daily
stresses. Instructor provides attention to proper form and breathing.
Hi/Lo – High and low intensity
cardio will boost your metabolism and improve your endurance. This class
may include some
plyometric moves.
Hip Hop Cardio - Be Cool! Dance you way to fitness
with this fun fitness class!
Hip Hop Cardio Kick - "Not your mama's cardio
kickboxing" - This class is a free-style cardio kickboxing
class with a hip hop flare...This class is for fun and for stress
relief....
Serious kick boxers come to enjoy..... Beginners welcome, but proper
form will not be taught in this class!
Low Back Strengthening – Do you have low back
pain? This ½ hour class directed by Dr. Nancy Radigan will help
you to strengthen your low back muscles to alleviate your pain and
help you in your work outs as well as in your life.
Low Burn – This class will improve your cardiovascular
endurance by maintaining cardio at a constant moderate level – a
fun calorie burner! This class ends with a segment of standing and
floor abdominals and glutes!
MONDAY ABS – Eat too much on the weekend – here
is your cure!! 30 minutes of intense abs exercises – for everyone
in the gym!
Power Step Jam - Bounce your way into this motivating
step class - lots of choreography and combinations with exciting new
moves on and off the step.
Rear Attitude - Accent on the derriere,
back, triceps, calves – Standing work, light cardio with resistance bands, etc. – Class
also includes a nice neck stretch and Achilles stretch!
Salsa Cardio/Salsa Step – This
class is a high intensity cardio workout with a Latin flair! You may
use the step for
this class.
Step Jam Circuit – Just like Power
Step Jam, but here, segments of stepping are broken up with segments
of strength
and resistance training! Cardio and Strength Training All in ONE
Class!
Sr. Fitness – 45 minutes of light
cardio on Mondays and strength/balance//core work/ and relaxation on
Thursdays! We welcome
all, but class is primarily for 60 and up!
Synergy – One hour of step/kickboxing/hi-lo aerobics
followed by a ½ hour of power yoga!
Upper Cuts – This class works your entire upper
body – waistline and up! Obliques, abs, chest, arms, shoulders,
and back!
Walk & Flex – This 60 minute
class includes fat burning walking moves as described below with stretching
and flexibility
training.
Walk & Tone – This 60 minutes
high-energy class alternates fat-burning walking moves (marches, knee
lifts, hamstring
curls, side-steps and grapevines) with strength training moves that
will target and tone every muscle group in the body. (This class is for
the
beginner (with modifications) as well as the advanced exerciser.)
Wheel Step – OMG! This step class
is SO much fun and what a great workout! 4 steps in a wheel - you step
with 3 other
partners!
ZUMBA – Brazilian and Latin dance
Hip Hop, and traditional aerobics combine so that you can dance your
way to fitness!
