Class Descriptions / Class Schedule

We offer over 100 classes each month . Our classes range in skill level and intensity for your fitness needs. All classes include a warm-up, a cool down, abdominal work, and a stretch segment.
We make every effort to ensure that we offer a complete schedule and we are conscientious about our members needs. However, we ask that you call ahead if the weather is questionable. Occasionally, an instructor has an emergency and no coverage is available. We apologize in advance if we need to cancel a class FOR ANY REASON.
